Diplomato in Ragioneria Perito Commerciale \u2013 Progetto Nazionale Informatico, ha conseguito attestati specialistici quali ECDL \u2013 European Computer Driving Licence (livello Core), IFTS – Tecnico Superiore per i Sistemi e le Tecnologie Informatiche, Web Master e CCNA \u2013 Cisco Certified Network Associate.
In Teleperformance Italia, filiale del Gruppo Teleperformance S.E, sin dal 2005, ha partecipato al progetto “Home Shoring” (precursore dell’attuale “smart working”), come formatore e team leader del supporto tecnico. Ha fatto parte delle aree IT Helpdesk, System&Network e attualmente svolge il ruolo di Telephony&CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Specialist.
<\/span>Prima di entrare in Teleperformance ha lavorato per 3 anni come Consulente informatico presso aziende che realizzavano siti web e reti locali (TeamService, Infosystem e ErrePiNet).
