First Project organized a Digital Transformation contest called &#8220;Datathon&#8221; to spread the culture of the Data Science world to all Teleperformance employees to identify a problem or an opportunity for improvement within the business processes themselves. In almost all cases, three needs very much felt by the proponents were pursued, namely the reduction of process management times, the simplification of the later, and the need to limit the possibility of making errors as much as possible.
