First, cofinanziato dall\u2019Unione Europea attraverso il Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo regionale POR Puglia 2014\/2020, Teleperformance ha organizzato il secondo evento dal titolo \u201cKey driver nel teleselling e nel Customer Care? Speech Analysis\u201d nel quale si sono affrontate le tematiche relative alla Speech Analysis intesa come key driver della Customer Experience e al caso d&#8217;uso di Automatic Script Adherence.
