Short Bio

A graduate of Commercial Accountant – National Computer Project, he holds specialized certificates such as ECDL – European Computer Driving Licence (Core level), IFTS – Higher Technician for Information Systems and Technologies, Web Master and CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate.
In Teleperformance Italia, a subsidiary of Teleperformance S.E. Group, since 2005, he has participated in the “Home Shoring” project (precursor of today’s “smart working”), as a trainer and technical support team leader. He has been part of the IT Helpdesk, System&Network areas and currently serves as Telephony&CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Specialist.
Prior to joining Teleperformance, he worked for 3 years as an IT Consultant at companies building websites and local area networks (TeamService, Infosystem and ErrePiNet).
Passionate about music, movies, photography, comics, graphic-novel, Lego, Art and the Reading.
