Classical Maturity, Graduated in Electronic Engineering from Bari Polytechnic University, Innovation Manager MI.S.E., serves as IT Telephony Specialist in Teleperformance Italia, a subsidiary of Teleperformance S.E. Group.
In TP since 2005, he has been responsible for:
Innovation: Conception, Design and Development of innovative solutions to support business, monitoring and productivity.
System integration: development of internal solutions or research of business solutions and integration with business processes. 
Business analysis: structured approach to the analysis of processes, business models and pricing through standard (Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, other management methodologies) and innovative (Business Intellingence, Robotic Process Authomation, Big Data Analytics) procedures.
Speech Analysis: design and integration of speech analysis solutions for primary clients.
Data Analyst: Development reporting to analysis of customer care – customer interactions.
