After graduating in Industrial Engineering in 2010 from the Polytechnic University of Bari, he worked as technical director for the purposes of DM 37/08, obtained the qualification of RSPP and “trainer for trainers” for the purposes of Legislative Decree 81/08.

In 2013 he became Power Continuity Specialist for the Italian sites of Teleperformance Italia.

Effective December 2015, from Energy Manager for the Teleperformance Italia group and in 2018 he certifies as Yellow Belt for Lean Six Sigma, he qualifies as Innovation Manager under the Ministerial Decree May 7, 2019.

In 2020, he is certified as an ISO 19011 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

Since March 2020, he has been appointed Health & Safety Manager for Italian production sites for the Teleperformance Italia group. Willingness and adaptability in teamwork complete the profile.
