Short Bio

After graduating with a master’s degree in mathematics in 2001 from the University of Bari, he worked for more than three years for Accenture in Telecom Italia on the “CRM Business/Residential” project.
Since the start of the Teleperformance Taranto site in 2005, he has been involved in many international projects of the Teleperformance group working with colleagues from different regions and cultures.
A member of the SENSEI project, a research project funded by the European Commission in collaboration with the University of Trento (Italy), Sheffield (UK), Essex (UK), and AIX-Marseille (France), he is the editor of several deliverables and prototypes.
The main responsibilities in Teleperformance Italy are to create standardized, innovative and secure SW solutions, align the local application portfolio with the TP group portfolio, support Operations and Commercial departments in offering technology solutions.
Vincenzo’s greatest passion in life is to put his know-how at the service of his colleagues and the company.
