Short Bio

Gianluca is the head of Finance and Human Resources processes at Teleperformance Italy.
His long experience, in the operational and in the financial field as well, in sectors characterized by a strong diversity and in multicultural professional groups, represents the concrete expression of his personality strongly oriented towards changes, his attitude of realistic optimism as chance for opportunities and his communication and negotiation skills.
Degree in Economics and Commerce at LUISS in Rome in 1989, Master in Business Management at ISDA in Rome in 1991.
After starting his career as a Controller at IBM, he entered the world of Telecommunications, joining the Italcable Group which would later turn into Telecom Italia Group.
In 2010 he joined Teleperformance Italia as CFO and in 2019 he also acquired the position of Director of Human Resources.
