Short Bio

Graduated in Computer Science from the Faculty of Informatics of the University of Bari, he works as a System Development Engineer in Teleperformance Italia.  
In TP since 2016, he participated in a Research Project on Speech Analysis and Web Monitoring funded by the European Union under the ICT Call 10 Program – FP7-ICT-2013-10 conducted in partnership with the University of Trento, using technologies such as php, JQUERY, MySQL, JSON.  
To date he is involved in the analysis, development and support of different tools for the management and optimization of TP agents’ work processes, through the use of Microsoft technologies such as .Net Framework, .Net Core, c# language, MS Sql, ORM Entity Framework, WCF services, Web Api, ASP .NET Core MVC, for the backend and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Jquery and HTML5 for the frontend implementation.  
Among his main previous work activities, he has been a software developer for several companies operating in the tax and extra-tax revenue sector of Local Authorities, developing management applications through the use of Microsoft technologies.
He has been a lecturer for computer courses, and in his spare time he prefers to take long mountain bike rides enjoying the views of nature.
