Short Bio

He graduated with a Law degree, he works in the Digital Transformation & Innovation Department at Teleperformance Italia in Taranto. This is a branch of the Teleperformance S.E.
In TP since 2006, he has been in charge of monitoring, analyzing, identifying and implementing solutions for key inbound and outbound KPI’s in order to make the operational area more efficient. He developed cost and workforce estimation plans, producing content, documents and presentations for possible technical and commercial proposals promoted by the Account area and Sales area. Previously, he was involved in training and managing several colleagues.
He was, among other things, assigned to Speech Analysis projects and the development of security and confidentiality requirements contained in commercial contracts in compliance with internal policies called “GECSP.”
An inveterate reader of legal-thrillers, he is a manager of an amateur soccer team and a radio speaker.
