Teleperformance in support of the VO.I.C.E. First Project organized a Digital Transformation contest called “Botathon”. The contest was designed to respond to complementary needs: the strengthening of digital awareness of the staff of all departments and the concrete modernization of automatable business processes. We wanted to undertake a course that would allow the entire workforce to know the advantages of automatisms like RPAs. The staffs’ approach to RPA, first macroscopic and then in-depth, has promoted the requests for automation and innovative solutions in the company, directly coming from the operational departments, who know the difficulties of specific processes.
